Terms and Conditions - Member User Agreement

You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing your order for Micro Diet products on the microdiet.com website, by email, phone or fax. By placing your order for Micro Diet products on the microdiet.com website, by email, phone or fax, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

Product Returns

If you wish to return product you must call customer service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without this number, we are unable to process any returns. As these are food products, all product returns must be received in our warehouse prior to the 21st day after you received your order. Refused deliveries or packages marked "Return to Sender" will not be refunded or returned to the member. Please make sure your full name, address and RMA number appear on the outside of the returned package.

I understand there is a 21 day return period from the date I received the order. I will be credited for the unopened cans I return less any applicable shipping and handling costs and a 35% restocking fee.

Micro Diet products Satisfaction Guarantee

I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with the Micro Diet products, I may return the most recent unopened shipment to the Micro Diet fulfillment center for a pro-rated refund. (Pro-rated refund is based on number of products returned. Example: 5 cans x $21.95 = Refund amount of $109.75).
